Production and Test Centre
Our unit in the Dersan Industrial Estate, İkitelli OSB: robot assembly, CNC workshop, test cell and spare-part store.
A trial with your own mould and labels
Free for customers at quotation stage: your mould is fitted to an injection moulding machine of matching tonnage, your labels are loaded into the magazine, and cycle, intervention time and scrap are measured over eight hours of production. The report is attached to the quotation.
Factory acceptance tests (FAT) follow the same set-up; before shipment you see your robot running with your own product.
What is at our unit?
Robot assembly area
Frame, axis and cabinet assembly; SE cells are built and tried here before commissioning.
CNC workshop
EOAT plate, mandrel and cassette machining; 3D printers (SLS/FDM).
Test cell
8-hour FAT with your own mould and labels; the injection moulding machine is planned to suit your mould's tonnage.
Training room
Operator and maintenance training with an HMI simulator, 8 seats.
Spare-part warehouse
Critical parts list in stock; shipped within 48 hours.
Trial with your own mould
Free at quotation stage; cycle and scrap report.

The frame, axes and control cabinet are assembled and wired at our unit in İkitelli OSB.
03 / 0503 · TestingFactory acceptance test
Before shipping, the cell runs with your mould and labels, and the cycle time is recorded.
04 / 0504 · InstallationOn-site commissioning
Our team installs the cell, connects it to the injection moulding machine and trains your operators.

Remote diagnostics, spare parts and scheduled maintenance, all with a single contact.

Before your visit
Safety shoes and glasses are mandatory on the shop floor; we provide them at the entrance. For a trial with your own mould, send the mould and label samples at least one week in advance.
