Founded in İkitelli OSB in 2026, Bor4 Machine brings together its team's more than 20 years of field experience in side-entry IML robots and injection automation.

New brand, experienced team

BOR4 Makine San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. started operating in 2026 under the BOR4 Makine brand. The company was founded to bring a fresh approach to the sector, led by a dynamic team with more than 20 years of automation and IML robot experience that works on projects in Türkiye and abroad. We deliver IML packaging automation projects based on our customers' needs and requests, working closely with auxiliary equipment suppliers and the other project partners.

Since 2004 our founding team has commissioned more than 150 IML cells in Türkiye, Europe and MENA, solving cycle, scrap and downtime problems in dairy, pail, lid and cosmetic packaging on site. Bor4 Machine turns this experience into one product family and one service philosophy: engineering in Istanbul, world-class components (KEBA, Simco-Ion), transparent technical data and nearby service in side-entry IML.

We measure every figure: intervention time, cycle and scrap are recorded at the factory acceptance test with the customer's mould. We keep every piece of software open: recipes, teaching and data belong to the customer. We stay close to every customer: spare parts from İkitelli in 48 hours, a technician on site in 24–48 hours.

Team and plant

Assembly area, CNC workshop, test cell and spare-part store are together at our unit in the Dersan Industrial Estate, İkitelli OSB. Engineering and service work side by side; every piece of field feedback is one meeting away from design.

The mould opens, the label is placed with a static charge, and the part passes vision inspection before it is stacked. The cells we build repeat this cycle every few seconds.

Components

Components we use in our cells

We use KEBA for the control system, Simco-Ion for electrostatic charging and Becker pumps in the vacuum circuit. For vision inspection, our cells are compatible with Intravis and Cognex camera platforms.
