First SE-250 cell passes factory acceptance test

The first SE-250 cell built at the İkitelli test centre completed an eight-hour uninterrupted factory acceptance test with the customer's 4-cavity 150 g yoghurt tub mould and labels. Throughout the test, mould intervention measured 0.9 seconds and the dry cycle 2.4 seconds; no double-label or empty-cavity faults were recorded.

The cell comprises a KEBA KeMotion controller, an LM-4 magazine, Simco-Ion based ES-Charge charging and a DS-Conveyor outfeed conveyor. The robot is scheduled to ship to the customer's plant in early August, with on-site commissioning planned to take three days.
