Quality policy

In side-entry IML robots and injection automation, Bor4 Machine:

  • takes the customer's measurable needs (cycle, intervention time, scrap, downtime) as the input of design,
  • documents every delivery with factory and site acceptance tests,
  • feeds every piece of field feedback back into design and service.

ISO 9001 certification is the 2027 target.

Personal data policy

Personal data is processed only for quotation, service and career processes, in accordance with Law 6698 (KVKK). It is not transferred to third parties and is deleted on request. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Information security

Customer mould and product data (CAD, labels, cycle reports) is shared only with the project team. Remote access sessions are opened with customer approval and logged. Data is destroyed on request at project end.
