Why Bor4?

How we work, under six headings: intervention time, precision, open-architecture HMI, nearby service, retrofit and price/performance.

Why Bor4?

Bor4 in numbers

  • 0.9 s

    Speed

0.8–0.9 s mould intervention with the servo main axis; the figure is recorded in the FAT report with your own mould.

  • ±0.05 mm

    Precision

±0.05 mm repeatability; per-cavity vacuum monitoring and double-label check.

  • KEBA

    Open-architecture HMI

KEBA KeMotion: recipes, step-by-step teaching, OPC UA; no locked software.

  • 48 h

    Service nearby

Spare-part warehouse in İkitelli; on site within 48 hours in Türkiye, 24 on the Gold package.

  • −35%

    Retrofit

New control, magazine and static charging for side-entry robots of other brands; 35% less downtime in a sample retrofit case.

  • ROI

    Price / performance

The same component class, engineering and assembly in Istanbul; calculate the payback with your own data in the ROI tool.

What sets us apart

Four reasons, one partner

Why side entry

Five reasons for side entry

The robot enters the mould from the side, not from above. That single difference shows up in speed, space, hygiene and quality.

  1. The mould stays open for less time
    01 / 05Speed

The mould stays open for less time

The robot enters the mould gap from the side, by the shortest path. Mould-open time drops and the cycle speeds up.

    0.9 sin-mould time
  2. Low ceiling, compact cell
    02 / 05Space

    Low ceiling, compact cell

There is no axis moving above the mould, so the cell fits halls with low ceilings too.

  3. The mould area stays clean
    03 / 05Hygiene

    The mould area stays clean

In food packaging no arm passes over the mould, so no grease or dust falls into it.

  4. Labels sit without slipping
    04 / 05Quality

    Labels sit without slipping

Electrostatic charging fixes the label to the mould wall, keeping rejects to a minimum.

    16cavities max.
  5. One line from label to pallet
    05 / 05Integration

One line from label to pallet

Stacking, quality control and packing connect to the same cell; products reach the pallet untouched by hand.

Inside the cell

What is inside a Bor4 cell?

Every part is chosen to run for years in the field. Select a heading to see it.

  • Recipes are managed on the panel; it talks to the moulding machine via Euromap 67.

  • A camera measures the label position on every part; rejects leave the line automatically.

  • The label is charged before entering the mould and clings to the mould wall.

  • Parts are counted, stacked and leave ready for packing.

  • When the mould changes, the end-of-arm tool is swapped in minutes.

What customers say

“They said they could cut the cycle by 0.5 seconds before we changed the robot; we measured, and it was 0.5 seconds. Having the service team in İkitelli was decisive for us.”
M. K.Production Manager · Velapak Ambalaj, IstanbulVelapak Ambalaj
“We removed the handle-fitting table. The pail leaves the mould and goes to the pallet labelled and handled; our two operators are on another line.”
H. T.Plant Manager · Selvanpak, GebzeSelvanpak
“The vision system showed the vacuum leak on cavity three on the first day; our sample checks had not caught it. We no longer get returns.”
S. A.Quality Manager · Kayrapak, IstanbulKayrapak
“The mechanics of our ten-year-old robot were fine, the controller was gone. The retrofit cost half a new machine and our people learned the HMI in a day.”

Let's run a trial with your own mould.

Your container, label and mould details are enough; we run the cell with your product before shipment and record the result.
