Overview
The DS-Stack takes containers from the conveyor into stacking lanes with a servo pusher; each lane is monitored by a photo-eye counter. When the packing quantity (e.g. 50) is reached, the stack shifts sideways and the empty lane takes over; the line does not stop.
Lane width is motorised; the same unit serves from an 80 ml cup to a 5 L pail. It connects to a case packer via Euromap 17 or digital I/O.
