Industrial and Cartridges
Silicone cartridges, detergent tubs, flower pots and technical containers: durable labels, long runs, 4–8 cavities.

Labels on industrial containers must withstand washing, chemicals and UV; as the IML label is part of the product it replaces paper labels. Long conical parts such as silicone cartridges need the label wrapped along 200 mm.
The SE-250 and SE-450 work on 4–8 cavity industrial moulds with charging tuned for thick PP/PE labels and mechanically supported pick-up; the DS-Stack provides long-run stacking and a boxing interface.
Challenges
- Pick-up and charging of thick, stiff labels
- 200 mm conical wrap
- Uninterrupted magazine supply through the shift on long runs
- Boxing and palletising integration
The Bor4 solution
- LM-8 XL cassettes and automatic switch to the spare cassette
- Mechanically supported label pick-up, two-channel charging
- DS-Stack + Euromap 17 boxing interface
- Production counter to MES via OPC UA
