VQ-Vision Label Quality Inspection System
Dual-camera inspection: label presence, position, rotation, print, seam and code reading; automatic reject and statistics.
- 2Cameras
- ≤ 300pcs/minInspection rate
- 20msDecision time

Overview
In in-mould labelling, a faulty part that goes unnoticed until packing gets the whole case rejected. VQ-Vision uses two cameras (top and side) to check label presence, ±0.3 mm position deviation, rotation, print defects and seam gap; it reads QR/DataMatrix codes for lot traceability.
Results are kept on the HMI as statistics per shift, mould and cavity; the cavity producing the most faults is visible at once. The reject station separates the part with an air jet and the counter is transferred to MES via OPC UA.
Key Features
- Dual camera, 20 ms decisionTop and side camera; full inspection in cycles under 5 s.
- ±0.3 mm position checkLabel shift and rotation measured per part.
- Code reading and traceabilityQR/DataMatrix; lot and cavity records to MES.
- Per-cavity statisticsThe most faulty cavity is visible at once; maintenance can be planned.
- Air-jet reject stationThe faulty part is separated without stopping the line.
