Overview
A new IML line requires bringing five suppliers (machine, mould, label, robot, packaging) together on the same cycle target. With the TK-Line, Bor4 takes on this coordination: application analysis, cell layout, robot and downstream selection, interface meetings with the mould and label makers, integration under a single HMI.
The line runs an 8-hour uninterrupted FAT at the İkitelli test centre with the customer's mould and labels; on site, SAT and hand-over with 5 days of operator and maintenance training. A 12-month Gold maintenance package is included after commissioning.
