Turnkey IML cell

One partner from mould to stack

SE-450 side-entry robot, label magazine, static charging, vision inspection and stacking. Design, installation and training from us.

One partner from mould to stack
How it works

One cycle, six moves

The mould opens, the robot enters from the side and places the label in the cavity with a static charge. In the same move it takes out the part from the previous cycle.

The part passes vision inspection. Good parts are stacked and rejects are separated. The cell talks to the moulding machine over Euromap 67.
