Every robot ships with a machine-specific critical parts list; listed parts are stocked at the İkitelli warehouse and shipped within 48 hours in Türkiye and 5 working days abroad. A recommended annual set of consumables such as suction cups, cassette springs and sensors can be ordered.

Advance replacement applies to KEBA drives and control boards: the new part ships first and the faulty part is returned afterwards.
