Side-entry take-out under 2 second cycles for unlabelled lids and cups.
A fast robot with a light plate for thin-wall parts that do not need IML; the same frame can be upgraded to IML later.
TO-Side only takes out and stacks: with a single-sided light plate it enters and leaves the mould in 0.7 seconds and runs up to 16 cavities on 100–500 t machines at cycles under 2 seconds. Conveyor and DS-Stack stacking at the outfeed are standard.
The frame is shared with the SE series. When you move to labelled parts, the OPT-IML upgrade kit adds a magazine bay, ES-Charge and a double-sided VG-EOAT, taking the robot to SE level without buying a new one.
