Side-Entry IML Robots
In-mould labelling robots for 80–700 t injection machines with 1–16 cavities; the SE series.

The SE series covers every IML application from thin-wall food containers to 20 litre pails with five models: SE-Compact for 80–160 t machines, SE-250 for 150–300 t, SE-450 for 300–500 t, SE-650 for 450–700 t and SE-Twin for stack moulds. The model number indicates the approximate tonnage class of the robot.
On every model the horizontal servo main axis enters the mould gap from the side; the double-sided EOAT plate takes out the parts and places new labels in the cavities in a single entry. Mould intervention is 0.8–1.1 seconds depending on the model. Cassette servo magazine, Simco-Ion electrostatic charging and KEBA KeMotion control are standard.
A shared frame, control architecture and EOAT interface keep spare parts and operator training on a single list. To choose the right model, enter container size, cavity count and machine tonnage in the robot finder or compare the models side by side.
