IML Equipment
Label magazines, electrostatic charging, EOAT and mandrel sets; for the SE series and retrofit projects.
The critical non-robot components of an IML cell are offered as separate products. You do not need to replace the robot to add a magazine, renew static charging or have an EOAT made for a new container.
LM-4 and LM-8 are cassette servo label magazines; the LM-4 serves 1–4 cavities, the LM-8 up to 16. The ES-Charge holds the label to the cavity wall by static charge with a Simco-Ion Chargemaster generator. The VG-EOAT is a product-specific double-sided plate, and the DM-Set contains label cores and mandrels that fit the existing plate.
The equipment fits the standard interface of the SE series and connects to robots of other brands via digital I/O, EtherCAT or an adapter plate. Lead times are 2–6 weeks.
