Overview

The EOAT plate is the heart of the IML cycle: cores carrying the label on one face, vacuum grippers taking the finished part on the other. The VG-EOAT is built with 3D-printed or machined aluminium mandrels according to the container geometry; vacuum channels run inside the plate, with no external hoses.

The plate carries a separate vacuum circuit per cavity; vacuum sensors immediately report a missing label or a part not taken. The quick-connect coupling separates electrical, vacuum and static lines in a single movement.
