Relocation and Moving

When the machine park changes or the plant moves, the robot must be adapted to the new injection machine: mould daylight, Euromap connection and conveyor layout are recalculated. The Bor4 team takes responsibility from dismantling to re-commissioning; axes are locked and the cabinet packed separately for damage-free transport.

In the new layout the safety circuit and CE conformity are re-verified; a Euromap converter and cable set for the new machine brand are included.

    New layout plan

    A layout plan is drawn up from the dimensions of the new machine and floor area.

    Dismantling

    Axes are locked and the cabinet is packed separately; dismantling takes 1 day.

    Installation and SAT

    Installation at the new machine, safety verification and site acceptance take 2–3 days.

Remote intervention starts within 8 hours on Silver and 4 hours on Gold; on-site arrival is within 48 hours on Silver and 24 hours on Gold.
