SE-Compact Side-Entry IML Robot

Overview

The SE-Compact is an entry-level side-entry IML robot for 1–4 cavity applications such as cream jars, small lids and single-portion cups. It occupies 2.9 m² next to the machine, connects to the existing injection line via Euromap 67; installation takes 3 days and operator training 2 days.

Main axis, magazine and electrostatic charging share the components of its bigger siblings; the only difference is stroke and payload. When cavity counts grow, the EOAT plate and cassette set can move to an SE-250.

  • Servo main axis, 1.0 s interventionThe horizontal main axis enters the mould gap from the side; in a single entry it takes out the parts and places new labels in the cavities.

  • Product changeover in 30 minutesQuick-connect EOAT, cassette change and recipe recall bring the switch to a new product under half an hour.
  • CE and integrated safetySafety PLC, door interlocks and the Euromap 67 safety circuit in one cabinet; delivered with a CE declaration.
  • 2.9 m² footprintFits beside the machine; the cabinet is integrated into the frame, no separate enclosure needed.

Frequently asked questions

It works with any machine that has a Euromap 67 interface. Tonnage range and mould daylight are checked at quotation stage; we offer a converter for Euromap 12.

Under 30 minutes if the quick-connect EOAT and cassette set are ready. The recipe is recalled from the HMI; axis positions load automatically.

Standard lead time is 6–8 weeks. Factory acceptance (FAT) is run with your own mould and labels at our test centre in İkitelli; on site, 3 days installation and 2 days training.

PP, PE and PET based labels of 50–80 µm; charging parameters for metallic and embossed labels are stored in the recipe.
